This Policy describes what data we collect through this site, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709\/2018 \u2014 LGPD) and, for users in the European Economic Area, with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016\/679 \u2014 GDPR).<\/p>\n<div class=\"mv-note\">Through this site, <strong>we do not collect contact data<\/strong> (such as name, email or phone) <strong>or sensitive personal data<\/strong>. We only collect navigation and campaign data, in a pseudonymized form, to understand browsing behavior and optimize conversions.<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">01<\/span>Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>Miraivos<\/strong> is a performance marketing agency serving E-commerce, Finance, Promotional Campaigns and iGaming, focused on smart customer acquisition. For the purposes of this Policy, Miraivos acts as the <strong>controller<\/strong> of the data processed through this site. In campaigns carried out for clients, Miraivos may act as the <strong>processor<\/strong> (processor), processing data according to the instructions of the respective controller.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">02<\/span>Data we collect<\/h2>\n<p>We collect exclusively the following categories of data, in a pseudonymized and aggregated form \u2014 without directly identifying the user:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Browsing data:<\/strong> IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited, time spent, traffic source and interactions with the site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Campaign and behavioral data:<\/strong> interaction events, intent signals, ad clicks and conversion-related actions, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not collect contact data, directly identifying data or sensitive personal data through this site.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">03<\/span>How we use the data<\/h2>\n<p>We process this data to understand browsing patterns and, through analytical models, <strong>predict behavior and likelihood of conversion<\/strong>, optimizing media campaigns and the site experience. Non-essential cookies \u2014 analytics and marketing \u2014 depend on your <strong>consent<\/strong>, which can be granted or withdrawn at any time in your browser settings or in the consent tool, when available.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">05<\/span>Profiling and automated decisions<\/h2>\n<p>Part of the processing involves <strong>profiling<\/strong>: the automated analysis of navigation and campaign data to predict behavior and optimize conversions. This profiling is based on pseudonymized data and <strong>does not produce decisions with legal effects or a significant impact on the user solely by automated means<\/strong>. Under the GDPR (Art. 22) and the LGPD, you may object to profiling \u2014 see &#8220;Your rights&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">06<\/span>Legal bases<\/h2>\n<p><strong>LGPD:<\/strong> we process data based on <strong>consent<\/strong> and <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> (Art. 7), always respecting your rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GDPR (users in the EEA):<\/strong> the legal bases are <strong>consent<\/strong> (Art. 6(1)(a)) \u2014 for non-essential cookies and marketing profiling \u2014 and <strong>legitimate interest<\/strong> (Art. 6(1)(f)) \u2014 for measurement, security and service improvement, balanced against your rights and freedoms.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">07<\/span>Sharing with third parties<\/h2>\n<p>We may share data with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technology providers<\/strong> (hosting, analytics, automation) acting on our behalf as operators\/processors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media and advertising platforms<\/strong> (such as Google and Meta) for campaign execution and measurement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Authorities<\/strong>, when required by law or court order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not sell personal data to third parties.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mv-num\">08<\/span>International data transfer<\/h2>\n<p>Some providers and partners are located outside Brazil and the European Economic Area.
